What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR).

We may collect information about you to be able respond to any queries which you may have.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we may collect about you includes:

• your name
• email address
• IP Address

We will never collect information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Personal Data Policy with regard to Recruitment Process

If and when you apply for a vacancy at FourCo– either directly with us or through an agency – you will provide us information that will be used to process your application.

This data may hold your:

• Name, address and place of residence;
• Telephone number;
• E-mail address;
• Gender;
• Date and place of birth;
• Martial status;
• Resumé information such as
  • Previous employement & experiences;
  • Highest education;
  • Languages
  • Hobbies
• Motivation (letter);
• LinkedIn profile (optional);

In addition, we process the data that you mention in your CV or motivation letter. We will use  this information to assess your suitability for the vacancy and to contact you about the application procedure.

If we have a match and FourCo offers you a job, your data will also be used to prepare the offer. If the offer is accepted, your data will be used to prepare and execute the employment contract.

If no offer or employment contract is made, and only if you have given your consent, we will store your data in our system so that we are able to approach you if we have any suitable vacancies in the future.

If you give your consent for data storage on behalf of future reference we will store your data for a maximum of 12 months. After that period we will delete all data we have from you if we have no suitable vacancies or we have not entered into an agreement yet.

If you do not give us your consent we will keep your data as long as the vacancy procedure is open and once closed we will delete all data within 4 (four) weeks maximum.

If you have a specific question about this procedure or you want your data removed sooner than the agreed periods (eg. in case you want your application or consent redrawn) please contact the Security Officer at info@fourco.nl
